• The price includes cleaning initial and final accommodation and cleaning the bathroom and bedroom, linen changed twice a week.

• The Small pets, are accepted in the house, involve an extra on the price of the stay of Euro 7.00 for night, only for 7 nights, after the seventh night there is no supplement (You should check in the individual sheets of housing, the presence or absence of the graphic symbol that allowed the presence of animals into the house).
  
  
• Additional services: cleaning and linen change daily, laundry service, guided tours.
  
  
• On confirmation of booking is required deposit of 30%. • The keys are taken in piazza Tre Martiri in Forgaria nel Friuli, on the ground floor of town Hall where you will be accompanied by our staff to your home, after completing the practices of check-in.
  
  
• The reception proposes and organizes tours to places of historical interest and naturalistic, excursions, courses of Nordic walking, tasting of typical products, activities and events related to tradition and local folklore.
  
  
• When you arrive, you will be given a mobile phone number that can be used for any request or information during your accommodations.
  
  

Plateau of Monte Prat

• The distance from Forgaria to Monte Prat is about 8 km.
  
  
• Mobile phone: the coverage is not guaranteed all over the plateau.
  
  
• On the plateau there is a public telephone (in hotel "Monte Prat") and a small shop for basic necessities.
  
  
• At the centre of the plateau there is a warehouse guarded where you can leave your bike without any expense.
